How FEFO picking protects your margin
FEFO means first-expiry, first-out: the batch closest to its expiry date leaves the warehouse first, regardless of when it arrived. It sounds obvious — it is also the single most common thing general warehouses get wrong with nutrition stock.

Why this order matters: a warehouse working on FIFO alone would ship Batch A first, because it arrived first — and leave Batch C sitting on the rack until it is too close to its expiry date to sell. With FEFO, the clock decides, not the delivery note. For a nutrition brand with slow-moving SKUs, that difference is the gap between selling stock and writing it off.

Do you already handle supplements, or would we be your first nutrition client?
Supplements are part of our current daily operation, not a service we would be starting from scratch. The warehouse is Sanepid-approved, we work to HACCP-based food-safety procedures, and expiry-date control is already part of how stock is received and picked.
What is FEFO, and why does it matter for supplements?
FEFO stands for first-expiry, first-out: the batch with the nearest expiry date is picked first, regardless of when it arrived at the warehouse. For nutrition products it matters more than FIFO, because stock that sits behind a newer batch ages out and has to be written off — even though nothing was ever damaged or lost.
What certifications does your warehouse hold for food products?
Our site is approved by Sanepid, the Polish sanitary inspection authority responsible for food-storage sites, and our warehouse procedures are based on HACCP food-safety principles. Warehouse conditions are monitored against the norms that apply to food storage. We do not hold GMP certification — if your product requires a GMP-certified site, tell us at the quoting stage so we can be straight with you about fit.
Can you keep different batches of the same product separated?
Yes. Batch and expiry data are recorded when goods are received, and stock is picked by expiry date rather than by whatever is closest to hand. If you need a specific level of batch-level record keeping — for example for a supplier audit — describe it when you ask for a quote and we will confirm exactly what we can evidence.
Do I need a Polish company to work with you?
No — we work with businesses based inside and outside the EU. Depending on how you structure your EU sales you may need a Polish VAT registration or the OSS scheme for B2C sales; confirm the details with your tax advisor, as it depends on your specific setup.
What happens to supplements that come back as returns?
Returned parcels come back to the same warehouse and are inspected. Sealed product still within its shelf life can go back into sellable stock; anything opened, damaged or too close to its expiry date is separated out and reported to you rather than quietly re-shipped.
Our stock is manufactured outside the EU — can you receive it?
Yes. We arrange import customs clearance and the paperwork that goes with it. Once the goods are released into free circulation, we take them into the warehouse and distribute them across the EU like any other stock.
Which EU markets can you ship supplements to?
All 27 EU member states from one stock location in Poland, with couriers matched to the destination market. If your sales are concentrated in one country, we also run dedicated corridor pages with more detail — for example fulfillment to Germany and fulfillment to Czechia (both pages in Polish).
Do you use the spelling fulfilment or fulfillment?
Both, and they mean the same thing. Brands writing from the UK and Ireland usually ask about supplement fulfilment in Poland, brands from the US about fulfillment. One l or two, the service is identical: a Sanepid-approved warehouse, FEFO picking, batch and expiry control, and EU shipping from southern Poland.
