CLE Commerce is a fulfillment company in Poland that grew out of contract logistics
CLE Commerce grew out of Trans Serwis, which has done warehousing and contract logistics for manufacturing and trading businesses since 2010. In 2018 we set up e-commerce fulfillment as its own operation, to bring that warehouse experience to online stores. The name on the door is CLE Commerce; the legal entity is Trans Serwis sp. z o.o.

Everything CLE Commerce does happens in one building in Podgrodzie near Dębica: 6,500 m² with pallet and shelf racking, at the A4 motorway exit. Stock is stored, picked, packed, dispatched and returned in one place, on one warehouse management system.
Why this location, in plain terms
The A4 exit is next to the warehouse; carriers collect daily. The A4 is the east-west corridor towards the German and Czech borders.
Podgrodzie is away from the high cost of space in the large Polish cities, which is part of why our rates are competitive.
Poland is an EU member state: once goods are cleared into the EU, they move on to any of the 27 member states without internal customs stops.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00 CET. Orders confirmed by 13:30 CET are dispatched the same day. Visits can be arranged; say so in your enquiry.

Multi-category e-commerce
General stores selling across many product groups: parcel-sized goods up to about 30 kg per unit, picked and packed to your specification, with kitting, labelling and inserts as needed.

Stock arriving from outside the EU

Marketplaces and social commerce
Allegro, Amazon (merchant-fulfilled from our warehouse) and TikTok Shop connect through our integration hub, next to Shopify and WooCommerce, so every channel lands in one system.
What CLE Commerce does not do
A fulfillment company that says yes to everything is guessing about half of it. These are our limits, stated so you can rule us in or out early.

Oversized and LTL freight. Sofas, large furniture, anything that does not travel as a courier parcel. Parcel goods up to about 30 kg per unit are our range.

Goods on the EU Common Military List and dual-use items. Storing them in Poland requires a dedicated licence. Such goods are outside our scope; we do not quote them.

GMP or ISO 22716 certification. We do not hold it. The site is Sanepid-approved with HACCP-based procedures, which covers supplement and cosmetics logistics. If you need a GMP-certified site, we do not fit.

Insuring your stock. Goods in our warehouse are insured by you as their owner. We carry liability insurance for damage caused by our staff.

Regulatory and tax roles. We are not your Responsible Person under EU cosmetics rules and we do not give VAT or OSS advice. Those stay with your advisers.
What that leaves, which is most of e-commerce
Storage on pallet and shelf racking, goods-in checks, pick and pack, EU-wide courier dispatch, returns, kitting and labelling, customs warehouse for non-EU stock, integrations.
We earn on warehouse work and on space, not on shipping. Carrier rates are passed through 1:1 and attached to the quote as a price list.

About CLE Commerce: questions and answers
Who owns and operates CLE Commerce?
CLE Commerce is the trading name of Trans Serwis sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company registered in Dębica (KRS 0000369674, VAT ID PL8722383836). The same company owns the brand, runs the warehouse and issues your invoices. There is no subcontracted floor behind the name.
Since when has CLE Commerce been doing e-commerce fulfillment?
Since 2018. That year we set up order fulfilment for online stores as its own operation. The company behind it, Trans Serwis, has provided warehousing and contract logistics since 2010, so pallet handling and storage discipline predate the parcel business by several years.
Is CLE Commerce one warehouse or a network of fulfillment centres?
One warehouse. All storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns happen in a single 6,500 m² building in Podgrodzie near Dębica, at the A4 motorway exit in southern Poland. Because Poland is an EU member state, that one location serves all 27 EU markets once goods are cleared into the EU.
How does day-to-day communication in English work?
You write in English and get a reply in English from a named person who knows your account, not from a call centre. That contact stays with you from the first enquiry through onboarding and daily operation. Quotes and carrier price lists come in English too.
What do you need to know before you can send a quote?
Five things about the goods: what the products are, the weight and dimensions of a single unit, how much stock will be held with us, how deliveries arrive (pallets, master cartons or loose), and how many SKUs. Add your average monthly orders with peaks, and units per order. With those answers we send an individual quote within 24 hours.
Do you add a margin on shipping costs?
No. Carrier costs are re-invoiced at cost, without margin, and the carrier price list is attached to your quote so you can check the shipping line on every invoice. Our income comes from warehouse work and storage space; shipping is a pass-through.
Who insures my stock while it is in your warehouse?
You do, as the owner of the goods. Stock held in our warehouse is insured by the client under the client’s own policy. CLE Commerce carries liability insurance covering damage caused by our staff. We state this at the quote stage so there are no surprises in the contract.
