Do you handle cosmetics differently from ordinary products?
Yes, in three concrete ways: batch and shelf-life data are recorded at goods-in and used when picking; gift sets are treated as their own SKU and assembled rather than picked; and packing is specified for presentation, because in beauty a dented carton is read as a defect even when the product is fine.
Can you assemble gift sets and bundles?
Yes. A set is handled as its own product built from component stock, with the dates of the components checked so the finished set carries a sensible shelf life. Assembly can run ahead of a peak season rather than during it, which is usually where quality slips.
Are you our Responsible Person for EU cosmetics regulations?
No — and you should be wary of any logistics provider who says otherwise. Under EU cosmetics rules the Responsible Person, the CPNP notification and the product information file are the brand owner’s duties. We are the logistics operator: storage, batch and expiry handling, assembly, pick & pack, shipping and returns.
What certifications does the warehouse hold?
The site is approved by Sanepid, the Polish sanitary inspection authority, and our warehouse procedures are based on HACCP principles — the same discipline we apply to food-category stock such as supplements. We do not hold GMP or ISO 22716 certification; if your brand requires a certified site for manufacturing-adjacent operations, say so when you ask for a quote and we will tell you straight whether we fit.
What happens to cosmetics returned by customers?
Each return is assessed rather than waved through. Items that are sealed and still within their shelf life can go back into sellable stock; anything with a broken seal, visible damage or a short remaining shelf life is separated out and reported to you, so you decide what happens to it.
Do I need a Polish company to work with you?
No — we work with businesses based inside and outside the EU. Depending on how you structure your EU sales you may need a Polish VAT registration or the OSS scheme for B2C sales; confirm the details with your tax advisor, as it depends on your specific setup.
Our products are manufactured outside the EU — can you receive them?
Yes. We arrange import customs clearance and the paperwork that goes with it. Once the goods are released into free circulation, we take them into the warehouse and distribute them across the EU like any other stock.
Which EU markets can you ship beauty products to?
All 27 EU member states from one stock location in Poland, with couriers matched to the destination market.
