Do I need a Polish company to work with you?
No — we work with businesses based inside and outside the EU. Depending on how you structure your EU sales, you may need a Polish VAT registration or the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme for B2C sales; please confirm the details with your tax advisor, since this depends on your specific setup.
Which e-commerce platforms and marketplaces do you support?
Our WMS is the integration hub, with native connections to Allegro, Shopify, WooCommerce and TikTok Shop. Most other e-commerce platforms and marketplaces can also be connected through our integration hub, so orders still land in the same warehouse system.
How are returns from EU customers handled?
Returned parcels are sent back to our warehouse, where we check the condition of the goods and, where possible, put them back into sellable stock. The status is updated in the same system you already use to track your orders.
Can you handle supplements, cosmetics and other date-sensitive products?

What if my goods come from outside the EU?
We arrange import customs clearance and the paperwork that goes with it. Once the goods are released into free circulation, we take them into the warehouse and distribute them across the EU like any other stock.
Do you use the spelling fulfilment or fulfillment?
