Cross-Border Fulfillment from Poland: One Warehouse for the Whole EU
You sell to Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands from one store or one per country. We hold your stock once, in a 6,500 m² warehouse on the A4 motorway in southern Poland, and ship each order with a carrier chosen for the buyer’s country. Cross-border fulfillment from Poland: one inventory, one return address, one process for every EU market.

Carrier chosen per destination country
One EU return address
Customs warehouse for non-EU stock
A4 One inventory in Poland, orders routed per country across the EU
How a cross-border order flows through our warehouse
Whether the buyer is in Munich, Milan or Brno, the order takes the same path across our floor. Only the label and carrier change.
Order arrives with its country
Your store or marketplace passes the order to our warehouse system through the integration hub, delivery country included.
Carrier assigned per market
Routing rules agreed at onboarding pick the service for that country: domestic-standard parcel into Germany, pick-up point in Czechia, international service for Italy.
Pick and pack from one stock
The picker scans items from the shelves that serve every market and packs to your specification, country-specific inserts included.
Dispatch by 13:30 CET
Orders confirmed before the cut-off leave the same day. Tracking goes to your customer, status flows back to your channel.
Delivered, or back to one address
The parcel crosses EU borders without customs stops. If it comes back, it comes back to Poland, whatever country it went to.
Same shelf, three destinations: what actually differs
The A4 runs west from our gate toward the German border. Carriers on this corridor: DHL, DPD, InPost, Poczta Polska. Typically 1 to 2 working days.
Czech shoppers like collecting from a point, so the order goes to a Packeta / Zásilkovna point or by courier (DPD, GLS, DHL). Typically 1 to 2 working days.
Same shelf, same packing station, an international label instead of a domestic one. Typically 2 to 3 working days, no customs paperwork: the parcel never leaves the EU.
About those transit times: typical with our carriers, not a guarantee; the exact service per market is agreed when we quote.
Which markets we ship to: cross-border fulfillment across the EU
From the A4 we ship to every EU member state. These are the corridors brands ask about first when planning cross-border fulfilment from Poland.
Germany
The corridor we are asked about most. The A4 leads straight toward the German border; parcels enter the German network as domestic-style deliveries. Detail: fulfillment to Germany (in Polish).
Czechia
A neighbouring market reached via the A4 and the A1 south to the border. Packeta / Zásilkovna pick-up points or courier. Detail: fulfillment to Czechia (in Polish).
Slovakia, Austria, Netherlands
Slovakia borders Poland just south of us, Austria lies beyond Czechia, the Netherlands beyond Germany. All three are served from the same stock on the carriers’ international parcel services.
France and Italy
Two of the largest e-commerce markets in the EU. Orders go out on an international parcel service, typically 2 to 3 working days, no customs stop on the way.
The rest of the EU
Spain, Belgium, the Nordics, the Baltics and any other member state can be added to the routing rules. Name your markets when you ask for a quote.
Carrier costs are re-invoiced at cost, no margin, so routing is chosen for your customer, not for our invoice.
One return address for the whole EU
A return from Lyon and a return from Leipzig end up on the same bench in Podgrodzie. No return address, partner or process per country.
-
Matched to the original order. Registered on arrival and linked to the order and market it came from, so you see returns per country.
-
Inspected, then decided. Sellable items go back into stock; levels update in your channels. Opened, damaged or incomplete items are set aside and reported; you decide.
-
Reported alongside orders. Returns sit in the same reporting as dispatches, so a country with an unusual return rate stands out.
How the customer sends it back
Agreed per market at onboarding: which carrier, who pays for the label, what your returns policy tells the buyer. We give you the address and process whatever arrives.
Return shipping is a carrier cost like any other: re-invoiced to you at cost, with no margin.
Non-EU stock and VAT-OSS: what we handle, what stays with you
Two questions every foreign brand asks before moving stock here, each with a clean split of responsibility.
Non-EU stock: customs warehouse on site
Goods made outside the EU, in Asia, the UK or the US, can arrive here under a customs warehouse arrangement. Duties and import VAT are deferred until release into free circulation, and you can release in tranches as sales require.
Clearance happens once, in Poland. After that the stock is Union goods and moves to any of the 27 member states with no further border formalities. We handle the customs paperwork around the warehouse; who acts as importer is settled with your customs advisor before the first shipment.
VAT-OSS: our part and yours
Goods leaving a warehouse in Poland to consumers elsewhere in the EU are normally reported through the One Stop Shop: one registration and one quarterly return covering EU B2C sales, with the buyer’s country VAT rate applied once EU-wide distance sales pass the 10,000 € threshold. Registration, rates and returns are yours and your tax advisor’s.
Our part is the warehouse and the dispatch. Every shipment leaves a record with destination country and date, the data an OSS return is built on. We do not give tax advice.
Several storefronts, marketplaces and countries, one warehouse system
Our WMS is the integration hub. Your German Shopify store, your Amazon and eBay listings, your Czech marketplace account: each connects once, every order lands in the same warehouse system.
-
Channels. Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Allegro and TikTok Shop connect directly; most other platforms and marketplaces through the hub.
-
One pool, every storefront. Stock levels are pushed back to each channel as goods move, so your .de and .fr stores sell from the same real inventory.
-
Status and tracking flow back. Dispatch and return status go to the channel the order came from.

Cross-border fulfillment from Poland: questions and answers
Can one stock location in Poland really serve several EU markets at once?
Yes. Stock is held as one pool, not allocated per country. An order from Germany and an order from Italy are picked from the same shelf; only the label and carrier differ. You replenish one address and every storefront syncs from the same pool.
Who chooses the carrier for each destination country?
We propose, you decide. At onboarding we agree a routing rule per market: a domestic-standard parcel into Germany, a Packeta / Zásilkovna pick-up point in Czechia, an international parcel service for France or Italy. Our system then applies the rule to each order. You can change the service on any market at any time.
How long does delivery typically take to Germany, Czechia, France or Italy?
It depends on the carrier and service chosen for that market. From dispatch on the A4, parcels into Germany and Czechia typically arrive within 1 to 2 working days, into France and Italy within 2 to 3 working days. Typical transit times with our carriers, not a guarantee; no customs stop adds days inside the EU.
Do we need a return address in every EU country we sell to?
No. Every EU market returns to one address, our warehouse in Podgrodzie, Poland. Each return is registered against the original order, inspected, and either restocked or set aside and reported for your decision. How the customer sends it back, the carrier and who pays for the label, is agreed per market at onboarding.
Who handles VAT-OSS when the goods ship from your warehouse in Poland?
You and your tax advisor. OSS registration, the VAT rate per country and the quarterly return are the brand’s responsibility. Our part is logistics: storage, dispatch and a record of every shipment with destination country and date, the data an OSS return is built on. We do not provide tax advice.
Are carrier costs marked up in cross-border fulfillment?
No. Shipping and return-shipping costs are re-invoiced to you at cost, with no margin. Our fee is for the work in the warehouse: receiving, storage, picking, packing and returns handling. That is also why routing is chosen for your customer’s country rather than for our invoice.
We run a storefront per country plus marketplaces. Can all of them ship from one warehouse?
Yes. Each store and marketplace account connects once through our integration hub: Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Allegro and TikTok Shop directly, most others via the hub. Every order lands in the same warehouse system, is picked from the same stock, and its status and tracking flow back to the channel it came from.
What do you need from us to start cross-border fulfillment from Poland?
Five things: what you sell, with size and weight per unit; how many SKUs; how much stock will sit with us and how it arrives (pallets, cartons, container); monthly order volume with peaks; and the markets and channels you use. With that we quote within 24 hours; onboarding then covers channels, carriers per market, packing spec and returns rules.
